    The quality of tea is excellent. The packaging is also good. Please work on speedier processing of orders and increase delivery options. Often, the communication regarding the tracking of the consignment is missing until it arrives at the location. Have been ordering Homewood Tea for my family in Patna for about 10 years now.

    Didn't received the pakage.. DTDC courier was just showing out for delivery but not even single call from guy.

We’re contacting the courier team from our end and will follow up until the package reaches you.     Please change the delivery partner, as previously having indian post, etc...


    Very important DTDC not covering many 50% of location. It's very important.
